Our parking is located in street Ronda de Atocha 10. Coming from the train station Atocha, take the street Ronda de Atocha direction Embajadores. After passing the Museum Reina Sofia, the parking is located passing the next traffic light on the right side at the bank La Caixa. Park the vehicle in one of the Sixt parking lots and drop off the key to the Sixt employee in the Parking.

Deposit and Credit card Information ACCEPTED American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Japanese Credit Bureau Credit Card, MasterCard (not debit or prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount of EUR 300.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed. This location accepts Debit Cards. Conditions of debit card use: card must be in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the main driver and printed on the debit card. MasterCard or VISA only. Debit cards must be issued by a bank, and numbers must be embossed. Please note, the deposit amount will be charged if using a debit card, and associated transaction fees may apply. Maximum rental duration is 28 days if using a debit card. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted. Vehicles from Group P*** and higher as well as Sports & Luxury Cars can only be hired on presentation of a credit/legitimisation document accepted by Sixt.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Territorial restrictions:
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic*, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland*, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
The car brands Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche and Aston Martin are allowed to enter only in zone 1 countries. Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen cars up to group L*** are allowed to enter only in Zone 1 countries as well as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia, while X*** cars are only allowed to enter in Zone 1 countries. Vehicles of all other brands may enter only in the zones 1 and 2.
Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.
In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
For rentals on Balearic / Canary Islands: It is not allowed to ship the rental car by ferry.
Charges when traveling abroad:
A fee is charged for permission to travel abroad in accordance with the above-mentioned territorial restrictions. This fee is in addition to the one-way fee in case of a one-way rental.
